Data Analyst (Power BI Developer) - 13M+Bonus / WFH

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and define business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal operations.
• Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Business Central for seamless data flow and reporting.
• Develop data models to enable high-performance dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the reports and dashboards.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing report and dashboard support to end-users, troubleshooting as necessary.
• Stay current with the latest techniques in data visualization and Power BI tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst
• Demonstrated experience integrating Power BI with various data sources, including Microsoft Business Central
• Experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamic
• Proficiency in DAX & M Query languages.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence will be a plus
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data topics in simple terms.
