Data and Business Analyst (Manager), Insurance, 60k

Our client is a leading insurance company. Currently, they are seeking a Data and Business Analyst to support agency strategy and performance management through data analysis combined with strong business understanding.

• Support agency strategy by identifying performance trends, growth drivers, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Conduct in‑depth analysis to support agency segmentation and new strategic initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear, practical insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Extract and analyze data using Databricks, SQL, and agency databases
• Act as a bridge between data and business, ensuring insights are actionable and easy to understand

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in business analysis, data analysis, or performance management roles
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is strongly preferred, especially with agency, sales, or distribution exposure
• Strong business analysis mindset with experience working with data in a commercial or operational environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks and SQL is required
  
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
