Job Description - Data Centre Operator


The Company

Our client is an instantly recognizable firm with a very strong reputation and brand within the globe.

The Job

  • Operate the Data Center environments in compliance with standards and policies
  • Support overnight and weekend production batch, output processing and related problem resolution.
  • Manage backup systems, cycling tapes or other media, filling and maintain printers.
  • Perform alert monitoring and follow up with relevant parties to resolve.
  • 7 x 24 with shift duty is required.

    • The Person

  • Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology and related disciplines or above (fresh graduates with a computer science degree would be considered).
  • At least 1 year of working experience with a focus on computer or data centre operation.
  • Able to work on-site, 7x24 and overnight shift including weekend and public holidays.
  • Good command of written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
