Data Delivery Lead - IB candidates only

Key Responsibilities

* Own and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent data initiatives across the asset management business.
* Lead the execution of approximately 15 active projects spanning investment data, reporting, analytics, and operational transformation.
* Coordinate and manage external vendors, implementation partners, and internal technology teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
* Work extensively with distributed development and delivery teams located in Mainland China, providing direction, prioritization, and challenge where required.
* Act as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
* Drive project planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery governance.
* Ensure solutions align with business objectives, architectural standards, and operational requirements.
* Influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions without direct reporting authority.
* Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
* Foster a collaborative, delivery-oriented culture across internal and external teams.

Required Experience

* 10-12 years of experience within data transformation functions.
* Strong experience delivering complex data transformation, data platform, or investment technology initiatives.
* Solid understanding of buy-side investment management processes and operating models.
* Experience gained within asset management, insurance asset management, investment banking, wealth management, or institutional investment environments.
* Proven track record managing multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder landscapes simultaneously.
* Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
* Strong understanding of data management principles including data governance, data quality, integration, and reporting.
* Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
