Data Governance Manager (Bank/ Up to 68K + bonus)

Exciting Role for you

• Develop and execute a data governance and data management strategy aligned with business goals.
• Operationalize data governance practices particularly in Collibra
• Develop metrics and reports / dashboards to measure key performance indicators such as data quality, accuracy, completeness
• Establish standards and governance for data management, including security , privacy, compliance, and ethics.
• Drive the usage of BI & Analytics tools
• Support the Data Management Working Group in overseeing the progress of Data Governance initiatives and address any data quality-related issues / gaps.
• Develop metrics and reports / dashboards to measure key performance indicators such as data quality, accuracy, completeness.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance and data management, preferably in banking or FS companies
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools, particularlyin Collibra , as well as automation tools (e.g., Alteryx)
• Hands-on experience in PowerBI & Tableau
• Expertise in regulatory requirements for banks, including regulatory reporting and BCBS 239
• Relevant certification in data governance (CDMP, Collibra) is a plus
• Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin, and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership experience
