Job Description - Data Warehouse System Manager (FMCG/ Retail, Up to HKD 60,000)

Leading retail company based in Hong Kong

Your new role

Lead the design and governance of enterprise data architecture, including Azure platform, ETL pipelines, data models, and reporting tools.
Oversee end-to-end project execution-scope definition, planning, timelines, and regional rollout.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Manage and guide cross-functional teams such as BI, data engineering, and infrastructure.
Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and compliance with governance standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Cantonese speaking is a must
Proven experience managing data warehouse or BI projects, preferably on Azure ecosystem.
Retail/ FMCG background is a plus
Strong hands-on knowledge of MS SQL, SSIS, Azure Fabric, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Solid understanding of ETL frameworks, star schema data modelling, and Power BI reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating with external vendors.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
