We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Project Manager to support data centre and infrastructure-related projects in Hong Kong.
The successful person will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, requiring a strong working knowledge of data center environments and the ability to discuss technical requirements confidently with engineers, vendors and other infrastructure specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate data centre infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery.
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, engineers and external vendors.
Translate technical requirements and challenges into clear information for non-technical stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities relating to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure.
Work with technical teams on data centre infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, cabling and associated facilities requirements.
Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate multiple parties to ensure infrastructure activities are delivered effectively and aligned with project requirements.
Provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication across both business and technical stakeholder groups.

Essential Experience

3-5+ years' experience working within data centre environments, ideally within a project management, project coordination or infrastructure delivery capacity.
Good understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) infrastructure within a data centre environment.
Familiarity with critical data centre infrastructure and terminology, particularly UPS systems and generators.
Experience working with or coordinating data centre cabling activities.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Strong project coordination and organisational capabilities.
Fluent English and Cantonese communication skills are essential.
