DCM/Asset Backed Securities - Associate/AVP (SG-based)

Role Overview:
As part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will contribute to the structuring and execution of financing solutions and strategic initiatives across the group and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of funding strategies and bespoke financing transactions
• Build and analyse financial models to evaluate cash flow dynamics, identify key risks, and support optimal deal structuring
• Oversee and manage ongoing obligations related to structured finance arrangements (e.g., securitisation programmes)
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on strategic funding initiatives, including evaluating and negotiating long-term capital partnerships
• Support group-level projects and ad hoc initiatives as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, structured finance, or ABS, ideally with exposure to fintech or lending platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Able to relocate to Singapore
