Debt Capital Markets Manager, Global Capital Financing

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage underwriting syndicate operations related to the DCM business.
2. Provide market updates on Microeconomics and fixed income markets , including pricing recommendations, execution, book-building, and allocations.
3. Collaborate with the fixed income sales team for marketing and feedback gathering from investors.
4. Assist in deal execution and maintain relationships with issuers and investors

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above preferably in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
2. Experience in DCM, bond syndicate, fixed income sales & trading, or market research is preferred.
3. Strong self-motivation and good communication skills, with ability to work independently.
4. Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
5. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
6. Candidates with CFA certifications are preferred.
7. SFC/HKMA licensed representative, Type 1 and/or 4, preferred.
