This position involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service. He/she will assist in managing branch sales & operation staff performance and fostering a positive work environment. He/she also requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments to achieve branch goals and enhance operational efficiency.
What you do
Co-ordinate with Branch Manager to collaborate branch sales and operation teams
Oversee in-branch counter operation efficiency, operation control and quality, ensure overall branch premises is in good order for daily operations
Ensure full compliance to laid down branch operation procedure and process
Manage branch audit review and in-branch control checking
Resolve branch counter related compliant & provide in-branch operation briefing
Guide and coach branch operation staff on need-based sales referrals
Oversee sales operations to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks
Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational procedures related to wealth management sales.
Collaborate with Risk Stewards to address findings and reinforcement
Who you are
Minimum 7 years’ relevant branch operation experience
Diploma or above
Solid people management skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
