Roles and Responsibilities:
-Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, including handling sea freight /air freight, documentation, and customer service.
-Personnel leadership and personnel planning for the branch office in cooperation with the Branch Manager.
-Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals.
-Reviews company performance and financial results.
-Cooperation with the headquarters and other branches.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and overseas agents in accordance with company policy.
-Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
-To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company's needs.
-Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
-5 years’ experience in supply chain/ freight forwarding/carriers/logistics industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
