Job Description - Deputy General Manager

Responsibilities:

Organize and carry out AI related development plan based on bank's business strategy
Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies that can enhance project outcomes
Lead the exploration of emerging AI technologies and their potential applications in IT Services
Cultivate strong client relationship, understanding unique AI needs and tailoring solutions for the bank
Lead the analyst on user / customer feedback to improve existing AI solutions and drive future enhancements
Lead the design, development, and development of AI models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging a diverse range of algorithms and techniques

Requirements:

Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
8 years or above Technology Services experience with leadership track record in AI strategy and solution implementation experience
Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry experience preferred
Demonstrated expertise in automation technologies, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Experience in modern analysis methods and skillful in analytically oriented programming languages such as Python, or Java for AI model development
Good exposure to Gen-AI governance and experiments
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
A passion for innovation and the drive to stay at the forefront of AI advancements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (including Putonghua)
