Job Description - (Deputy / Senior) Product Manager, Transaction Banking (Business Strategy)

Responsibilities:

Assist to formulate strategic objectives, development direction, medium- to long-term plans, and annual plans for transaction banking and RMB business, monitor the implementation of related strategies, and drive execution; take overall responsibility for drafting, consolidating, reviewing, and finalizing key departmental documents.
Support transaction banking and RMB business analysis by extracting business data, prepare reports, and conduct analytical work to facilitate management decision-making.
Continuously track market trends and peers' strategies related to transaction banking and RMB business; conduct research on key initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
Assist to coordinate transaction banking and RMB business activities across Southeast Asia, including strategy formulation, task follow-up, data compilation, organization of meetings, and preparation of related materials.
Assist to coordinate, research, facilitate and execute key departmental projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

Degree Holder or above.
2 years or above work experience in Banking industry.
Basic knowledge of corporate banking products and related banking operations.
Strong report writing skills, capable of drafting various formal documents independently and properly.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Candidates with strong data analysis capabilities are preferred.
