Derivatives IT Specialist - Trading System Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced C++ developer to join our team, working closely with the trading desk to deliver high-quality features in an agile environment. As a key member of our flat-structured team, you will contribute to the development of new features, optimization of automated trading systems, and performance tuning to enhance trading performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features for automated trading systems
• Optimize system performance to reduce latency and improve time-to-market
• Create intuitive and robust user interfaces to enhance user experience
• Develop innovative automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve desk efficience
• Provide first-line support to the trading desk, ensuring seamless system operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Programming languages C++ (C++11/C++14/C++17/C++20), Java, Python; Operating System: Linux
• Data Technology: Experience with time series databases and big data solutions is a plus
• Previous experience building Market Making technology for Asia Equity Derivative markets and Algorithm Trading Systems is advantageous, but not required
