Derivatives Operations | Evening shift (2pm-11pm)

Key responsibilities:

As a Derivatives Operations Professional, you will lead derivatives operations, risk management, compliance, and process optimisation.

• Oversee seamless trading operations in the derivatives market by managing operational risks, supporting market participants, and addressing exceptional cases or contingency scenarios
• Ensure all trading activities adhere to relevant regulations, rules, and operational procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service within exchange trading operations while fostering strong relationships with market participants
• Serve as the central communication hub for the derivatives market by maintaining clear and effective communication with market participants and external stakeholders
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects such as system upgrades, market structure enhancements, new product launches, and reviews of rules, policies, and procedures
• Optimise workflows through automation while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Develop and refine operating procedures and contingency plans to ensure operational efficiency and resilience
• Stay updated on global trends in derivatives market development to drive continuous improvement and innovation

• Proven experience in derivatives operations, including futures and options across multiple asset classes

• Proven ability to lead projects, system enhancements, and new product implementations
• Skilled in process automation, workflow optimisation, and continuous improvement
