What You Will Do:

• Provide high-quality on-site IT support by independently resolving incidents, service requests, and escalations, including VIP user support, Digital Bar/Walk-in centre assistance, end-user troubleshooting, and new user onboarding/training.
  


• Deliver hands-on support for workplace technology environments, including PCs, macOS devices, Office 365 applications, POS systems, barcode scanners, payment devices, printers/MFPs, meeting rooms, AV equipment (Teams/Zoom), and boutique IT systems.
  


• Support IT operations and improvement activities by performing device refreshes, asset and CMDB updates, stock management, server/network hands-and-eyes support, ticket management, SLA/KPI compliance, and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  

• Strong experience in desktop / workplace IT support, including Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM tools, and end-user applications.
  


• Hands-on knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, device refresh, staging, testing, replacement, data migration, and asset lifecycle management (HAM/CMDB).
  


• Experience supporting VIP users, POS systems, barcode scanners, payment peripherals, printers/MFPs, and meeting room AV solutions (Teams/Zoom).
  


• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, server room equipment, network troubleshooting, and infrastructure hands-and-eyes support.
  


• Understanding of ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management, ticket handling, remote support tools, and automation opportunities.
