About the Client

Our client is a leading bank undergoing a major digital transformation to modernize its internal and corporate banking systems.

To support their ongoing development initiatives, they are seeking a Developer to join the team.
This is a 6-month extendable secondment contract.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain internal corporate banking applications and workflow systems.
Work closely with business analysts and IT teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Integrate systems with middleware, APIs, and backend services to support enterprise operations.
Participate in the full SDLC, including requirement analysis, development, testing, and implementation.
Ensure code quality, maintain documentation, and comply with security and audit standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of enterprise application development experience, ideally in banking or financial systems.
Proficient in Java; experience with JavaScript, J2BB, Spring, OpenShift or Python is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
