Digital Banking - Business Analyst (Contract up to 40k)

Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Scoping: Partner directly with branch network teams, product owners, and channel specialists to capture user operational friction; map intuitive customer journeys and articulate clear functional specifications (BRDs / User Stories).

Testing Leadership & Defect Management: Formulate robust UAT plans, define edge-case testing matrices, and steer end-user acceptance testing cycles; manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution in partnership with external solution providers and internal dev teams.

Cutover & Change Enablement: Drive Live Verification Testing (LVT), prepare pragmatic procedural guides, conduct user training workshops, and address day-one production feedback to ensure smooth channel adoption.

Experience: 2-4+ years of Business Analyst experience within Retail Banking or Financial Services, with hands-on exposure to digital platforms (Retail Mobile Apps, Internet Banking, e-Onboarding journeys, or Faster Payment System / FPS).

Testing Acumen: Demonstrated capability taking ownership of UAT cycles-designing structured test scenarios, defect logging/tracking via Jira, and securing business stakeholder sign-offs.

Mindset & Communication: Confident, proactive communicator comfortable leading cross-departmental workshops and driving alignment across business and IT stakeholders.

Languages: Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
