About Our Client

Our client a well-established large organization operating in the banking/financial services sector.

Job Description

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create clear, concise, and user-centric copy for digital products, covering both standard user journeys and error scenarios across multiple platforms.
Develop and localize multilingual content (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese), including product interfaces, website copy, user guides, and lifecycle communications such as email and SMS templates.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of terminology by maintaining a centralized content glossary aligned with brand tone and cross-language standards.
Review and optimize existing digital content to improve clarity, usability, and overall user experience across digital touchpoints.
Conduct research and gather insights to inform copywriting decisions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support product and content strategy initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Linguistics, Translation, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in copywriting, UX writing, or related content roles, preferably within digital products or platforms.
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills, able to translate user insights and business requirements into clear, user-friendly copy.
