Digital Core- Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant/Manager (CCS / CC&B)

Enhance systems to meet evolving business requirements.
Maintain applications and infrastructures in alignment with service level agreements.
Define and review technical requirements focusing on integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
Manage infrastructure capacity in collaboration with cloud operations teams.
Track and analyze key performance indicators related to infrastructure and application performance.

Qualifications

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and/or Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS).
• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for senior positions.
• Proven experience in at least 2-4 full lifecycle Oracle Utilities CC&B or CCS implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS modules
