Digital Growth Lead

He/She will help to drive the e-commerce growth operations within a loyalty and campaign framework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance user growth operations tied to loyalty and promotional initiatives.
• Track and report on essential KPIs for marketing campaigns, developing strategies to boost user engagement based on specific industry insights.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital advertising to optimize campaign effectiveness and performance.
• Analyze user data to uncover segmentation opportunities and behavioral trends.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities while working closely with existing merchants for sustained retention and growth.

Requirements:

• >7 years of experience in CRM, user growth, or digital advertising operations, ideally within the payment or e-commerce sector.
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience in using business intelligence tools for informed decision-making.
• Solid understanding of ROI in business contexts.
• Familiarity with loyalty marketing, growth strategies, user segmentation, and partnership models.
• Cantonese is Mandatory for this role.
