Digital Marketing Executive

TVB is seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital & Social Media Marketing Department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote TVB's brand, increase audience engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the marketing team to create and manage campaigns across various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, production, and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and achieve business objectives
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative development
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, and vendors
- Support the development of content for social media and other digital channels

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engines
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for the media industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive
