Digital Product Manager

I am seeking a Digital Product Manager for my client, a leading Bank in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

● Responsible for the financial business operations of a digital payment platform, with accountability for key performance metrics.

● Identify business growth opportunities through data analysis, uncover user pain points, and utilize platform resources, innovative tools, and engagement strategies to design growth plans. Increase user awareness and adoption of financial services to meet business goals.

● Partner with the business development team to spot product enhancement opportunities and drive ongoing iterations.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in internet user growth or product operations. Prior experience in finance or stock trading sectors is preferred.
2. Goal-oriented with strong judgment and execution skills. Experience independently managing a business line, product, or channel is a plus.
3. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational marketing campaigns, with end-to-end ownership of marketing program design and execution.
