Digital Product Specialist

We're on the hunt for Digital Product Specialist to join our Project Management team. In this role, you’ll be the guru of our membership and loyalty program. If you're the type who can turn a client's frown into a satisfied grin with just a few taps, step right up and join us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop membership loyalty program, including the reward system
• Leverage digital product management experience to analyze competitor, market, and user data.
• Understand BX, CX, and UX to enhance our products’ current features and functionality.
• Plan unified customer journey across various service channels and products
• Build an integrated digital backend platform to enable data-driven insights and customer journey analytics

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong understanding of China financial services industry and technology trends
• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, digital technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-centric digital product management, with a portfolio showcasing key business outcomes
• Have prior experience working on mobile apps (iOS, Android) and web-based digital products
• Energetic personality with excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
• IANG, TTPS, ASMTP, or QMAS are welcome
