Commercial Banking

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Digital Sales and Engagement Manager
Principle Responsibilities
Implement strategic plans and initiatives to deepen customer engagement and penetration through generating personalized/ segment centric communications
Lead efforts to improve the navigation experience of public website (PWS) and optimize the exposure to showcase our solution offerings for enabling business growth objectives
Analyze responses and collect feedback from customer surveys, coordinate internal / external exchange sessions, summarize insights to refine the engagement model
Enhance communication in a customer-centric tone, aiming for better sales conversion
Work in collaboration with the internal stakeholders such as MKG, CCC to support digital sales initiatives
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, e-Commerce OR other relevant qualifications
Sound knowledge and experience in digital banking / digital's sales and/or marketing strategy
Customer-oriented with strong business acumen
Strong data analytical skills with ability to produce management insights from massive data sources for driving business results
Creative thinker and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and strong sense of ownership
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
