Director- Agency Compensation Strategy (Group office)

Our client is one of the top insurance companies with strong presences in Asia.

1. Lead the agency compensation strategy & design in group office.
2. Drive the agency proposition development in group level while maintaining strong governance.
3. Define success metrics for agency compensation and proposition effectiveness.
4. Engaging the senior stakeholders across the group and markets.

Requirement:

1. Qualified Actuary with at least 10 years experiences in life insurance/ consulting (Especially on Product Pricing or Product Development)
2. O perates at the intersection of Actuarial Analysis, Insurance Strategy and Agency Incentives.
3. Essential to have Asia experience to understand the region’s specific agency structures.
