Director, Counterparty Credit Risk (Investment Bank)

Job Description

• Review and approve credit limit applications and internal credit rating, and provide recommendations to senior management for approval
• Assess credit exposures from OTC transactions, comprehensive understanding on reviewing structure lending and bond issuer Credit
• Negotiate and review credit terms (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA)
• Monitor for adverse news about counterparty, credit exposures, and issuer credit quality
• Update procedures and prepare credit and risk committee reports

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant risk management experience in Banking/ Financial institution/ Investment Banking
• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
• Sound understanding of financial products (Equities, Futures & Options, FICC, OTC derivatives), as well as investment banking/asset management business
• Good exposure of credit risk management, experienced in credit review
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
