Turn your distribution credibility into advisory influence.

As Director for a Big 4 advisory firm, you will lead client engagements and help insurance clients unlock smarter growth. You will assess enterprise-wide distribution models, identify opportunities, and design large-scale practical transformation programmes that drive revenue and impact.

This is a strong platform if you want to influence and scale your impact working across multiple clients in Hong Kong.

Key requirements

University Degree
Minimum of 10-12 years experience in distribution management (agency, bancassurance, partnerships or distribution strategy)
Strong commercial instinct with knowledge of distribution segments and industry trends.
Proactive, entrepreneurial qualities
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
