About Our Client

Our client is a foreign investment bank. They are now looking for a Head of Back Office to join the team.

Job Description

Reporting to Head of Operations, the role acts as the first point of contact between Back Office and Business Units

Products: Cash Equities and Bonds

Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers

Managing escalated client queries and issues from Business

Responsible for identifying any control gaps and put in place corresponding controls to mitigate operational risks

Monitoring the daily processing and ensure operational procedures are being strictly followed

Ensure all the policy and procedures arepliance to regulatory requirements

Taking the lead to drive any enhancements to automate or streamline current workflows

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree holder

Minimum 12 years of operations experience in Financial Institutions at managerial level

Expereince in handling settlement and corporate action process of cash equities and bonds

A thorough understanding and in-depth product knowledge of all Global Markets asset classes

Strong leadership,munication and interpersonal skills

Goodmand of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
