Director - Marketing

YF Life Insurance International Ltd. is a major life insurance company in Hong Kong and Macau, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services. Our scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals 
• Brand: Undertake brand building, define brand positioning, create marketing plans, and deliver brand marketing services tailored for the mainland market
• User Insights: Design and execute user research plans, conduct customer interviews, and present findings in comprehensive reports
• System Platforms: Establish system platforms such as data systems and user service systems
• Service Management: Oversee the management of services provided by mainland service providers
• Channel and Broker Support: Provide marketing tools and services to support the development of mainland channels and brokerage services

 

Requirements:

• A deep understanding of the mainland market, customer profiling, and customer needs to enhance marketing and service efforts for mainland customers
• Proven experience in marketing, marketing strategy, user experience, and data research
• An innovative mindset with a track record of successful innovative projects and measurable outcomes
• Goal-oriented with business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute concrete tasks
• Strong learning and logical thinking abilities, adept at iterative thinking, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in managing large projects
• Team management experience
