Report directly to the Project General Manager, lead a sizeable marketing team in Shenzhen and Shanghai to promote China industrial trade fairs & online platform.

Responsibilities :

• Proven leadership to drive team performance for delivering effective integrated online & offline marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Explore and build relationship with anchor media, industry and business partners in different market segments.
• Lead the team to create and organize value-added pre-show and onsite services for buyers.
• Responsible for corporate promotion issues.
• Frequent travel is required.

Requirements:

• Hold a recognized degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
• Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development, with a track record of at least 10 years in leadership positions in Mainland China. Experience in exhibition industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
• Fluent in verbal and written communications skills in English is advantage.
• Welcome TTPS or QMAS or HKID visa holders.
