We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:
Responsibilities
- Manage the total sales effort of the 3 HK Hotels – developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, supervising activities of sales associates and implementing sales and marketing strategies – to maximize hotel profit.
- Direct all activities of hotel sales team, providing the leadership and motivation necessary to implement effective sales and marketing strategies and maximize the generation of hotel sales / revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationship with key clients in order to produce groups and / or conference business, to maximize room sales.
- Interact with potential clients and industry trade representatives to generate corporate business or seminar groups.
- Liaise on a regular basic with the Manager of Hongkong Hotel/ Gateway Hotel/ Prince Hotel to provide 2-way communications ensuring common goals are met.
- Act in the absence of Area Director Sales & Marketing to oversee to entire Sales & Marketing Department, including Reservations, Events, Loyalty Marketing and Communications / Public Relations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotels sales
- Excellent communications skills and leadership skills
- Mature, self-motivated with strong business senses
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
