Job Description - Director, Sales Support

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales support team to execute effective sales strategies.

Utilize analytics to monitor and improve lead conversion performance.

Develop training programs for sales techniques and product knowledge.

Negotiate with acquirers on product specifications and pricing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;

Proven experience in sales support or operations with strong leadership skills.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience in developing training programs for sales teams.
