Role: Director of Transformation

Function: Global Procurement and Payments, Corporate Finance

Scope: Global with focus on Asia

THE ROLE

The Director of Transformation plays a critical role in advancing the evolution of Global Procurement & Payments (GPP) by leading complex, multi-market transformation initiatives. This role works with a cross-functional team and partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to modernize Source-to-Pay capabilities, improve operational effectiveness, and strengthen governance across the procurement lifecycle. The Director acts as a change leader and internal consultant , translating global vision into local execution.

What You Will Do

Transformation Leadership

• Lead large-scale procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Translate enterprise-level strategy into executable regional roadmaps, balancing global standards with local business needs.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the Global Procurement & Payments operating model, with a focus on clarity of roles, governance, and decision rights.

Stakeholder Partnership & Change Management

• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness planning.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and governance forums to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Proactively gather feedback from end users and partners to continuously improve processes and solutions.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to drive adoption and sustain transformation outcomes.

Execution & Day-to-Day Leadership

• Provide hands-on problem solving, particularly in complex, ambiguous, or high-risk areas of the transformation.
• Own day-to-day program execution, including work planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Mentor and guide project resources, fostering strong delivery capability and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, or large-scale business transformation
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or regional environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills including story-lining and slide making
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
