Your new role
As Director of Compliance - Voice Surveillance Focus, you will:

Define and shape AI-based compliance tools for voice surveillance to meet stringent regulatory needs.
Partner closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to embed compliance logic and explainability into solutions.
Engage with clients' compliance and risk teams to co-design workflows and implement voice surveillance in live environments.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience leading compliance innovation or surveillance programs within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., HKMA, MAS) and their application to voice monitoring.
Knowledge of AI/ML systems, model governance, explainability, and operationalization.
Excellent collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
