Dispute Resolution Associate

A leading disputes team is seeking a high‑calibre junior lawyer to join its Hong Kong practice. This is an rare opportunity to work on complex, high‑stakes matters spanning commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement and investigations, often involving financial institutions and cross‑border issues.

Working closely with an established disputes partner, you will gain early, hands‑on exposure to contentious matters at the intersection of litigation and regulatory risk. The work includes financial services disputes, internal and regulatory investigations, and sensitive enforcement scenarios across Asia.

WHAT

You will support on complex litigation and investigations, draft key documents (pleadings, witness evidence and regulatory submissions), and assist with evidence management, hearings and client engagements. You will also liaise with clients, counsel and experts, contributing to the efficient delivery of high‑profile matters.

YOU

You will be Hong Kong‑qualified (or due to qualify) with up to 3 years' PQE, strong academics, and experience in disputes or investigations. You will bring excellent drafting and analytical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to perform under pressure. A collaborative approach and fluency in English and Mandarin are essential.
