What Will You Do?

• Manage and lead the engineering team to provide support for daily operations, repair and maintenance works
• Provide emergency support for all facilities, engineering plant and equipment as per outlined under emergency procedures
• Well communicate and liaise closely with other departments/ engineering consultants/ contractors to facilitate engineering works in all aspects
• Oversee facilities and maintain engineering plant and equipment with the least amount of downtime, and conduct regular inspections to ensure they are maintained at good condition
• Maintain the facilities including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with “Planned Preventive Maintenance Programme” and “Energy Conservation Programme”
• Closely control and monitor energy consumption including daily utility log
• Shift duties are required.

Knowledge and Skills

• Higher Diploma/ Diploma/ Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical
• Minimum 5 years working experience in engineering, with at least 2 years supervisory level experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotels
• Holders of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) and Safety Card are preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of attention to detail
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
