DUTY ENGINEER - THE HENDERSON

We continuously dedicate to provide excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites candidates for the position of :-

Responsibilities:

• Act as team leader of technicians
• Assist in handling daily reporting and documentation for maintenance team
• Assign manpower for defect taking
• Monitor and maintain building services and systems in good condition
• Conduct regular stock check

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 5 years’ experience in commercial developments, preferable in Grade A commercial building
• Holder of professional qualifications such as Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, Licensed Plumbers or equivalent
• Basic written and spoken skills in Chinese and English
• Knowledge in BIM is preferable
• Fixed shifts (morning, afternoon and overnight)

Remuneration:

• Medical allowance, hospitalization insurance, education allowance, year-end bonus, marriage leave and bereavement leave, company recreational activities, referral bonus and group shopping discounts, etc.
• 6 working days per week, and 9 hours per day
