• Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
• Mature, presentable and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
