Job Responsibilities:

Handle medical related complaints including investigations and follow-up

liaise with different parties to collect information and resolving issues;

Escalate case to Legal / Medical Director for advice when necessary;

Reply clients’ complaints by phone/ in writing;

Prepare report for periodically review by relevant parties. 

Job Requirements:

Registered Nurse with valid practicing certificate

4 - 5 years of relevant experience in nursing duties for medical clinics/hospital

Candidate with hands-on complaints handling and clinical experience is an advantage

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledgeable in general nursing information, and keep up-to-date with medical information and development
