Job Details:*

- Position: Executive Assistant (Team Assistant)

- Location: Central Hong Kong

- Contract Type: Direct contract, maternity cover



*Requirements:*

- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

- Prior 2-3 experience providing secretarial support in a fast-paced environment, such as the financial industry or a law firm

- Experience supporting a team from middle to back office



*Responsibilities:*

- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the team

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
