• Analyze investor demand and contribute to post-deal performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-7 years of ECM or investment banking experience
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets
• Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual capability in English and Mandarin
