Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for daily eCommerce operations include managing website content, banner update and promotion rules update etc.
  • Coordinate with different departments on advertising campaigns graphic requirements
  • Manage product mix and assortment planning on assigned platforms
  • Responsible to handle customer' enquiries or complaints in a friendly, professional & courteous manner via Telephone, Livechat and Email
  • Conduct research and reports on market/ customer data/ post-campaign to improve brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation
  • Handling daily report, inventory planning & logistics arrangement with different internal and external parties
  • Prepare marketing/promotional materials (design, copywriting, proofreading, etc.)
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing platforms to optimize conversion and revenue
  • Initiate and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising and affiliate campaigns
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Non-degree Tertiary or above in Ecommerce, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or related experience
  • Experience in using Shopify is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of designing tools, photoshop, adobe illustrator will be an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, teamwork, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
