Job Description - Email Surveillance Associate (1-year contract), Compliance, Global Bank

We are currently hiring a Surveillance Analyst on a 1-year contract with LGT Bank, supporting the bank's compliance and market surveillance function.

Your new role
Conduct market and/or transaction surveillance to identify potential market abuse or suspicious activities

Review alerts, escalate issues, and prepare investigation reports in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Front Office teams on surveillance matters
Support ongoing enhancement of surveillance frameworks, controls, and procedures
Assist with regulatory enquiries, audits, and Adhanom compliance projects

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in surveillance, compliance, AML, or risk within a bank or financial institution
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market conduct standards
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
