Job Duties:
- Manage logistic and administration task including holiday houses booking, allocation, membership application, staff general offers and response to customers inquiries
- Act as the primary contact point for employee benefit services
- Prepare the facility usage report and financial documents
- Support team in organizing large-scale corporate events such as sports day, ceremony, community projects and other staff engagement activities
- Foster a good relationship with internal and external partners
Job Requirements:
- Higher education in Leisure or Administrative Studies or Business or Others
- 1 year of experience in relevant working
- Strong attention to details; must be able to maintain accurate and clear records
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must
- Independent, attentive and able to work under tight schedules
- Ability to work in evenings and weekends occasionally
Place of work :
- Hybrid working (Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. – 6:00p.m.)
