Assist Account Executives by converting sales proposals into accurate operational details for the Employee Benefits checklist, ensuring completeness and clarity.
Provide ongoing support in reviewing the entire EB checklist workflow, gathering operational feedback, documenting business requirements, and raising system enhancement requests to IT.
Examine related documents to identify any missing information, inconsistencies, or gaps, and follow up with brokers, AEs, Underwriters, or Middle Office teams as needed.
Work closely with various internal stakeholders-including AEs, Underwriters, Middle Office, and Corporate Client Services-to clarify requirements and address issues that may impact operational execution.
Maintain a proper governance structure by updating sign‑off logs and ensuring that all required approvals for each checklist are properly recorded.
Serve as a primary point of contact for questions related to the EB checklists and their operational implications.
Collaborate with AEs and Middle Office to ensure benefit proposals are kept up to date and reflect the most current commercial and operational agreements.
Update the administration system with the latest checklist information, including keeping a detailed change log.
Communicate key updates to impacted stakeholders in a timely and organized manner.
Support pre‑checklist activities such as AML checks when required.
Assist the Middle Office team with business‑as‑usual tasks, especially during high‑volume periods.
Participate in assigned projects and perform ad hoc duties to support the overall objectives of the Middle Office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits, Corporate Solutions, insurance operations, or related fields.
Experience in Middle Office, Sales Support, or operational roles within insurance or financial services is an advantage.
Preferably with prior team leadership or people management exposure.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to translate sales wording into actionable operational steps, and proactively resolve potential blockers caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
Familiar with EB products, sales processes, and benefit structures.
Strong stakeholder‑management skills: able to work across teams, coordinate conflicting inputs, and follow up effectively.
High attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and ensure accuracy across multiple data sources.
Problem‑solving mindset, able to address challenges and propose practical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present issues clearly and collaborate with various teams.
