Job Description - Engineer

Your new company

Our client is a telecommunications operator delivering enterprise and digital network solutions in Hong Kong.

Your new role
In this position, you will:

Support pre-sales technical proposals for enterprise private network solutions, including:
- Network Management Systems (UEMS / UNMS)
- User Experience Management Systems
- Business Operations Support Systems (BOSS)
- Data communication network solutions
Design, configure, integrate, and maintain enterprise and telecom network systems, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance connectivity.
Support integration, interfacing, debugging, and docking between:
- Enterprise private network systems and the main operator network
- Network management, BOSS, CRM, billing, settlement, and core network systems
Participate in business process planning, solution implementation, and preparation of technical documentation, testing reports, and acceptance deliverables.
Conduct network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation for data communication and management systems.
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams for technical alignment, system testing, acceptance, and delivery progress tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data communication solutions with wireless, core, and transmission networks.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Engineering or equivalent

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, including:
- Network system management
- Project delivery and technical coordination
Strong understanding of telecom operator architectures, including:
- Network management systems and user experience management systems
- BOSS, CRM, and billing system architectures
Solid knowledge of telecom business processes, such as:
- Account opening, SIM card issuance, service activation, billing integration, and customer work order handling
Familiarity with 3GPP 5G-related processes and protocols
Strong knowledge of enterprise and telecom data communication networks, including routing, switching, and network protocols
Understanding of interaction logic among CRM, business analytics, settlement systems, and core networks
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
