Engineering Lead with 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and platform engineering, combining strong hands-on technical expertise with proven leadership capability. Experienced in designing and leading web, mobile, and backend systems using Java, modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Ionic), and cloud-native architectures on AWS / Alicloud.

Demonstrated ability to drive technical design, establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and manage technical risks across full project lifecycles. Strong background in Agile delivery, mentoring engineers, and acting as a technical bridge between business and engineering teams. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres/Oracle, and enterprise environments within insurance or financial services is highly valued.
