EQD Production Support Hedge Fund

Our client, a globally leading hedge fund, is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to join their expanding APAC technology team.

You will sit within the Derivatives Trading Application Support team, providing real-time support for Equity Derivatives and Convertible Bond trading tools, analytics and monitoring systems. This is a business-critical seat with direct visibility to the trading floor — the systems you support are the ones the desk depends on from market open.

1. 5+ years' experience in front office trading support or development
2. Strong Python and Unix shell scripting skills , with the confidence to work within a Java environment
3. Product knowledge across Equity Derivatives and Convertible Bonds, including volatility surfaces and forward calibration
4. Strong Problem-solving and excellent communication skills to work effectively with Portfolio Managers and traders
