Equities Compliance Officer

• Assist withreal-time compliance advice to businesses of all levels, with regards to the rules, regulations and internal policies that govern their businesses
  
• Act as compliance representative for business led projects/initiatives
  
• Develop and update policies & procedures applicable to the Cash Equity & Equity Derivative businesses
  
• Help prepare and deliver training as part of an ongoing Compliance training program tailored to suit the individual requirements of our various businesses, in addition to delivering ad-hoc training as and when required
  
• Coordinate with the broader Global Markets Compliance Team initiatives and projects as a representative for Equities Compliance
  
• Assisting with the interpretation and implementation of new rules and regulations and help run gap analysis
  
• Coordinating responses to ad-hoc regulatory enquiries
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from related disciplines
  
• 3 - 6 years of work experience in compliance advisory
  
• Familiar with SFC regulations
  
• Strong understanding of Equities products
  
• Good business acumen
  
• Team player​
